Lion's Head
Ontario

Come and stay awhile in one of our two comfortable rooms, each with ensuite baths and a view of the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay. Watch the sunrise over Lion’s Head Bluffs from your bed. Awaken to the aroma of fresh baking & freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy a full breakfast with fresh fruit salad, a choice of juices, homemade granola, yogurt, freshly baked sticky buns, muffins, or cheese biscuits, Orange French Toast (a specialty), Waffles, Veggie Frittata, Breakfast Enchiladas, all made with farm fresh eggs, and served with Nancy’s homemade bread and her unique preserves in our dining room or on the deck both of which overlook the water.

Hike the Bruce Trail from our door. After your hike, soak in the hot tub (high season only), and relax on the patio. Meal packages and transportation are available on request.

We are located central to all activities and attractions on the Beautiful Bruce Peninsula, including Sauble Beach and Tobermory. Explore the shores of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron and return to relax on the patio with a view of the shining blue waters of Isthmus Bay. In the evening gaze at the clear sky and stars from the patio and roast marshmallows over the open fire. We have celestial binoculars which you are welcome to borrow.

The Bluffs is also the home of “Nancy’s Nibbles & Knits”. Nancy’s unique “weed” preserves are available for you to take home and enjoy and they make unique hostess gifts. She also makes jams and jellies from wild fruits in season as well as the traditional preserves from fresh fruit in season. Take home a pair of multi-coloured Spiral Tube Socks to keep your toes warm on a cold winter night, or a pair of Yoga Socks as a gift for your friend who does Yoga. There are also scarves and children’s fun sweaters, & brightly coloured dish cloths.

Your hosts are Bill & Nancy Strang who have over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in the Bruce Peninsula. We would be happy to welcome you to our home and share our love of “The Bruce” with you as our guests.
